By accessing or using the platform, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If a user does not agree with any part of these Terms, the user must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The fantasy sports clubs hosted on the platform are private social virtual clubs.
The fantasy sports contests hosted on the platform are games of skill.
The platform may provide virtual in-app reward points known as CFC points.
All intellectual property relating to the platform including software, design, algorithms and branding belong exclusively to Univaro Tech Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. The company shall not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, system errors, or user participation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
There is no withdrawal possible once a specific subscription is purchased; the subscription will automatically end after one month of usage if cancelled by a user.
Users are responsible for payment of applicable GST & any other taxes under Indian tax laws. Since there is no winning real money, taxes related to any income would not be applicable.
